These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the ICSCyberRisk service.

The service is operated by ICSCyberRisk (“we”, “us”, or “our”), an individual providing access to a digital software service.

1. Service Description

ICSCyberRisk provides access to an online software service designed to support cybersecurity risk analysis and assessment.

The service consists of:

• basic functionality, which is available to registered users free of charge, and
• advanced functionality, including the generation of recommendations and the export of reports, which is available only to users with an active paid subscription.

2. Free and Paid Access

Registered users may access the basic features of the service at no cost.

Advanced features, including but not limited to automated recommendations and report generation, require an active paid subscription. Access to these features is granted only for the duration of the selected subscription period.

3. Subscription Model

Paid access to the service is offered on a prepaid subscription basis. Available subscription plans, durations, and prices are listed on the pricing page.

Subscriptions grant time-limited access to paid features for the duration of the selected subscription period. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. Prices are displayed in US dollars and include applicable taxes, including VAT where required.

The paid features of the service rely on third-party technologies, including external large language model (LLM) providers, which incur costs for each request processed.

5. Refunds and Compensation

Due to the digital nature of the service, the immediate availability of paid features upon purchase, and the underlying costs associated with third-party service providers, refunds are generally not offered.

However, in cases of extended service unavailability or significant technical issues attributable to us, we may, at our discretion, provide compensation in the form of additional subscription time. Monetary refunds may be reviewed only on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law.

6. Service Availability

We strive to ensure continuous availability of the service. However, temporary interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical issues may occur.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service at all times.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the normal operation of the platform, or use the service in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, as well as to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
