Refund Policy

Refunds are not generally offered due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access provided upon purchase.

However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances.

In cases of extended service unavailability or significant technical issues attributable to us, we may, at our discretion, provide additional subscription time as compensation instead of a monetary refund.
